Pay online (water, sewer, trash). You can use Quick Pay with your account number, no login needed. Or create an account to see your bills and history, pay several accounts at once, and get e-bills. The portal charges a fee on every online payment.
- Open the city's payment portal and choose Quick pay, or Sign in or sign up.
- To sign up, pick the sign-up option and register with your email (or Apple, Google, Microsoft or Facebook).
- Check your email and click the link to verify your address.
- Sign in and add your utility account. Have your account number ready. If you can't find it, call Utility Billing.
No-fee options: autopay from your checking account or debit card on the 10th of each month, and emailed e-bills. Sign up by calling (563) 927-1114, stopping in at City Hall, or turning in the Direct Pay form from the city forms page.
Starting service? Fill out the utility service application and return it to Utility Billing at City Hall within two business days of starting service. Renters pay a $75 deposit. Trash and recycling start with your water account.
